♡ Policies & Procedures

• Deposit: A non-refundable and non-transferable 50% retainer is required to book an appointment. The retainer amount will be deducted from the total at the completion of the services. The remaining balance is due the day of the appointment.

• Appointment Prep: Please make sure everyone’s face is makeup-free and clean prior to your appointment. The night before your appointment, be sure to gently exfoliate and moisturize your skin. On the day of your appointment, I recommend double cleansing your face, especially around the eye area. You want to make sure you arrive to your appointment with freshly cleansed skin. (This means without any leftover makeup from the day before). With that being said, please don’t wear any makeup to your appointment, having to remove makeup can cut into your application time.

• Late Policy: There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15+ minutes, you will be charged a $25 late fee, and your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion including the listed late fee. There are no refunds on retainers.

• No Show Policy: Any client that does not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their retainer and will be required to pay in full for any future appointments.

• Cancellation: If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, your retainer is 100% non-refundable and cannot be put towards another booking in the future. The deposit is only refundable if I am unable to complete the appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be required and responsible for paying the full amount due.
